Nicole Donlevy is a REALTOR® with Coldwell Banker Realty and a fourth-generation Sacramentan with over 20 years experience representing Buyers and Sellers throughout the Greater Sacramento region. Licensed since 2005, Nicole has successfully closed more than 120 transactions, representing over $45 million in total sales volume, with the primary focus on homes priced between $400,000 to $1 Million.  Her experience includes single family homes (resale and new construction), condos and PUDS, custom home lots, luxury homes, investment real estate, bank owned properties, short sales, 1031 exchanges,  probate & trust sales and multi-family properties.
